Roslyn Deal has a B Applied Science and a B Christian Studies. She has an extensive public sector background having worked in the areas of water quality, community engagement and microbiology. She is currently working with the Mid Coast Diary Advancement Group on a range of projects. This includes advising farmers on water quality management issues, climate change and the preparation of farm management plans.

Current projects include:

Impact of climate change on dairy farms
Undertaking a mentoring program for senior geography and agriculture students at Wingham High School. This included teaching them how to utilise Farm Keeper Software.
